Both plans include an annual inspection and cleaning of your roof, gutters, and downspouts, inspections for loose attachments and wear on fittings, flashing, and joint covers, caulking and water sealing touch-ups, erosion monitoring, and noting points of deterioration. Members also receive exclusive discounts on larger projects and repairs. Members with the Summit Plan are also entitled to a free annual emergency repair.
Inspections and cleanings are performed annually. However, members have the option to request additional services if needed throughout the year at discounted rates.
Payments for either plan are made annually via credit card from the date of signup. You can choose the option that best fits your budget and needs. All prices include GST.
Members receive exclusive discounts on larger projects, such as roof replacements or major upgrades, as well as on smaller repair jobs. This ensures that all necessary work remains affordable and accessible. This is done on a case-by-case basis however, discounts can range anywhere from 5% to 50% depending on project size, scope and difficulty.

Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time. However, we recommend maintaining your membership to continue enjoying the benefits and discounts it provides. Please note that you are obligated to pay for the full 12 month term from the date of signup and this payment is non-refundable. You will still be entitled to your benefits for this term.

Please contact us at nolimit@nolimitexteriors.com if you wish to upgrade your plan. We will then manually cancel your current plan for you.
After cancellation, we will email you a coupon code for the amount you paid for the original plan, which you can apply to an upgraded plan.
For instance, if you paid $300 for the Base Plan and wish to upgrade to the Summit Plan. Your coupon code would be for $300 off of the Summit Plan and you would only need to pay the difference of $200+GST on the Summit Plan form.

Once you become a member you can contact us at any time to book your annual service.
If you notice any issues with your exterior between inspections, please contact us immediately. As a member, you will receive priority scheduling and discounted rates for any necessary repairs.
Our “One Free Annual Emergency Repair” service with this package is designed to provide immediate assistance in urgent situations. This service offers a temporary solution to prevent further damage to your home’s exterior. Examples include replacing and sealing shingles, tarping open roofs, and securing loose exterior finishings. Please note that this service is intended for initial emergency actions and not for extensive repair projects. It serves as a crucial first step in stabilizing the situation before undertaking larger repairs.
