Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in each plan?
Each plan includes scheduled maintenance services tailored to your property’s specific needs. Depending on your selection, services may include lawn care, exterior cleaning, or snow removal. The frequency of maintenance may also be tailored towards your property’s needs. If you have any questions, please contact us directly or fill out the Property Maintenance Plan Form by clicking “GET A QUOTE” inside one of the boxes above and we’ll reach out to you as soon as we’ve reviewed your submission.
I've filled out the form, now what?
Once you’ve selected a plan and submitted the form after clicking “GET A QUOTE” in one of the boxes above, we’ll review your submission and contact you as soon as possible. To streamline the process, please provide as much detail as possible—this may allow us to generate a quote without needing a property visit. If additional information is required, we may request more photos, further details, or, for larger or more complex properties, schedule an on-site assessment.
Once we have all the necessary information, we’ll send you a customized quote, and services will begin as soon as it is approved.
What does each plan cost?
To determine the cost, we first assess the details of your submission. Providing as much information as possible is essential, as it allows us to generate a more accurate quote.If we don’t have enough details, we may need to request additional information or schedule a property visit. On-site assessments are free of charge, but they may delay the start of your services.
Are plans customizable?
Yes! Because every property has unique specifications, our plans can be customized. You do not have to include all the features listed in each plan when customizing yours. For example, if you choose the Lawn Care plan but only need weekly grass cutting, you can request this in the form, and this will be reflected in your quote and subsequent invoices.
Can I combine plans?
You cannot combine features from different plans. For example, Exterior Cleaning services cannot be added to a Lawn Care plan.
However, if you select services from multiple plans, we will still provide a single invoice at the end of each month or a consolidated quote after you submit the form. Each plan will be listed as a separate line item with their corresponding services as subitems.
How is price determined?
We customize each plan’s pricing based on your property’s unique needs. Key factors include the amount and type of services required, property size, as well as service frequency.
What are payment options?
We accept all payment methods, including credit, debit, cash, e-Transfer, and cheque. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a small service fee.
How is payment made?
We automatically invoice at the end of each month, starting from the month in which we initially provide our first service.
We recommend you input your desired plan’s term length in advance so we can tailor the invoicing schedule to match your preferred service duration.
Otherwise, auto-invoicing will continue until we receive notice of cancellation from you.
How do I sign up for the Property Maintenance Plan?
To sign up, complete the Property Maintenance Membership Form by clicking or tapping the “GET A QUOTE” button inside one of the boxes above. After reviewing your submission, we’ll either provide a quote, request additional information, or schedule an on-site assessment if needed. Once approved, we’ll begin services as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time, though we recommend keeping your membership until the end of the season. If you no longer need our services, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations require at least 30 days’ notice, and charges may still apply for the final month. We can also schedule specific months of service in advance with auto-invoicing set accordingly.
How do I cancel my plan?
Please either contact us directly or visit this link to cancel your plan. Please note that payments are nonrefundable however, you are entitled to the benefits of the plan for the last month which was paid for in full.
Do I need to renew my plan each month or season?
No you do not! We will automatically and securely invoice you once a month for the term you outline in your membership.
How do I schedule the plan's services?
You don’t need to schedule individual services—once you’re signed up, we handle everything for you. Our team follows a set schedule based on your selected plan, property needs, and service frequency. If you have specific requests or need to adjust your schedule, just reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
