Inspections and cleanings are performed annually. However, members have the option to request additional services if needed throughout the year at discounted rates.

Payments for either package are made annually via credit card from the date of signup. You can choose the option that best fits your budget and needs. All prices include GST.

This is done on a case-by-case basis however, discounts can range anywhere from 5% to 50% depending on project size, scope and difficulty.
